2-Year Warranty

EKR provides a two-year warranty to the original retail purchaser. In the event that this product demonstrates defects in material or workmanship, we commit to repairing the product within the timeframe between 15 days after purchase and up to two years from the original date of purchase. It's important to note that this warranty becomes void if the product has incurred damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or other incidents unrelated to defects in material or workmanship. Additionally, it does not cover normal wear and tear.
Please be aware that our covers and floor mats are custom-made according to your specific order and specifications, including material and color selection. Therefore, the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to these personalized items.

Purchase & Usage Guidelines

The color representation on your screen may result in slight variations from the actual colors of our materials. Product photos accurately depict the material and color of the product, but not necessarily the specific row style, row number, or seat shape. For comprehensive details, please consult the options and descriptions on the product details page.
Ensure the seat is thoroughly dry before applying our seat cover, avoid covering damp or moldy seats, as installing a seat cover under such conditions may exacerbate the situation.
For certain car models, the back of the seats may be obstructed by a back panel, requiring careful removal. Exercise caution and be attentive to wires during this process. When installing seat covers under power seats, particularly those with sharp mechanisms, handle with care.

EKR's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
