Force majeure


Sorry, there are cases where human and natural causes lead to incorrect products. Please inspect your package upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right steps for you.

Exchanges items


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the previous item. When the returned packages have already been returned to the warehouse and collected. Please contact the customer service for exchange.

0-30 Days Returns


You can return a product within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in resellable condition and in the original packaging. Please note that you will need to contact us before shipping your product Back to us, we will provide you with a return label. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.If your return is accepted , we'll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any high restocking fees incurred by products returned by yourself will be rejected.

Exceptions items


Customized products, including logo and design-your-own products, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds


Please track the arrival of your package and contact us. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
