Return, Exchange, Refund & Price Protection Policy

At EKRCOVER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains return eligibility, timelines, and how to start a return or exchange. Please contact customer service before shipping anything back.

1) Return Windows (Start & End Dates)

Return window starts on: the date your product is delivered.
Return window ends on: the date you initiate the return request (not the date the package is shipped).

30-Day Return Window (All Products)

  • Applies to all products, including items with slight use.unopened, unused, or have extremely minor handling marks (e.g., light touch with no installation).
  • Common reasons accepted: don’t like, not satisfied, ordered by mistake, minor fit preference, etc.
  • Products must be returned in reasonable condition with all major parts included.All components must be included; packaging should be intact whenever possible.

2) Return Eligibility (US & Canada)

Defective products Accepted (within the applicable window). Please provide photos for faster resolution.
Non-defective products Accepted (within the applicable window based on condition).
Exchanges Accepted. Contact support to confirm the correct item/configuration.
Proof of purchase Required for all returns and exchanges (order number / receipt).

Condition guidelines

Unopened/Unused: Factory condition, not installed, ideally in original packaging.

Extremely minor handling marks: Minimal touch/inspection marks only, with no installation or heavy handling.

Slightly used (30-day only): Light use is acceptable within 30 days as long as the item is reasonably clean and all major parts are included.

We may decline returns that are heavily soiled, have strong odors, are damaged by misuse/incorrect installation, or are missing major components.

3) How to Start a Return (US & Canada)

  1. Contact customer service with your order number and return reason.
  2. Receive instructions (and authorization, if applicable).
  3. Download & print your free return label (US & Canada).
  4. Pack the item securely with all included parts/accessories.
  5. Send it back by mail, or use in-store / drop-off options where available.

4) Return Shipping, Labels & Fees (US & Canada)

  • Return shipping: Free (using our provided download-and-print return label).
  • Restocking fees: No cost.
  • Original shipping: If your order included shipping charges, they are generally non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.

5) Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm approval or rejection.
  • Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days after inspection.
  • Refund method: Refunds are applied to your original payment method (unless otherwise required by law).
  • Partial refunds: May apply if items are returned in a condition outside the eligible guidelines, or missing parts.

Note: After we issue a refund, banks/payment providers may take additional time to post it to your account.

6) Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you need a different configuration, contact customer service with your order number and the item you need.

  • Return label: Free (US & Canada).
  • Replacement shipping: Covered by EKRCOVER for approved exchanges (US & Canada).
  • Timing: Exchange eligibility follows the same windows as returns.

7) Customized Products & EKR Customize Seat Covers (DIY System)

Customized or personalized products are generally non-returnable.

If your customized order arrives defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact customer service with photos. We will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement parts, remake, exchange, or return as applicable).

8) Return Methods & Return Address

Please contact customer service before returning any product.

Do not return the product on your own without instructions. Any resulting costs may be borne by you.

9) Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible before the order ships.

  • In-stock products: cancellation may be supported depending on processing status.
  • Made-to-order products: cancellation may be supported depending on production status.

Contact support with your order number for the fastest confirmation.

10) 7-Day Price Protection Policy

If the price of the same item drops within 7 days of your purchase date on our official website, you may request a price adjustment.

Eligibility

  • The item must have been purchased from our official website: www.ekrcover.com
  • The price drop must occur within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Applies to the same item (same sku, size, color, model, etc.)

How to request

  1. Email customer service within 7 days of purchase (deadline is the time your email request is submitted).
  2. Include your order number, the item, and proof of the new lower price.
  3. After verification, we will refund the difference to your original payment method (typically processed within 0–3 business days).

Exclusions

  • Does not apply to clearance items
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts

11) International Customers (Outside US & Canada)

For customers outside the United States and Canada, we provide limited returns. Requests must be reviewed and approved before shipping any product back.

  • We generally accept return requests only for defective items, wrong item shipped, or verified missing parts.
  • Return shipping and related fees may apply and are handled case-by-case.
  • We may request photos/video and order details to confirm the issue before approving a return.
