Thank you for choosing EKRCOVER. This Payment Policy explains accepted payment methods, payment processing, taxes, refunds, and security to ensure a smooth and transparent checkout experience.

1) Accepted Payment Methods

Payment in Advance (PIA / CIA)

  • Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Flexible Payment Solutions: Klarna and Afterpay
  • Amazon Pay: Use your Amazon account for fast and secure checkout
  • Other Methods: Bank transfers or region-specific payment options may be available at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is not available online. It may be available only in select California retail locations and limited to certain products. Please contact customer service before visiting a store.

Due Upon Receipt: Not available.

2) Payment Security

Your payment security is our top priority. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. EKRCOVER does not store your full payment card information. Payments are securely handled by PayPal or authorized third-party payment service providers. Depending on the payment method selected, transactions may be processed by affiliated entities or payment partners acting on our behalf.

Amazon Pay Security

Amazon Pay transactions are processed directly through Amazon’s secure system. We never receive or store your Amazon login credentials or full card details. All Amazon Pay payments comply with Amazon’s PCI-DSS security standards.

3) Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed immediately when you place an order.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successfully completed.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, payment may not have been completed. Please check your payment account.
  • In case of payment failure, verify your payment details, try again, or contact your bank or payment provider.
  • For Amazon Pay, ensure your Amazon account and default payment method are valid to avoid transaction issues.

4) Billing Information

  • Please ensure your billing information matches your payment method details to avoid order delays.
  • If you pay with Amazon Pay, your billing and shipping information will be automatically synced from your Amazon account.
  • If billing information needs to be updated, please do so promptly before shipment.

5) Taxes & Fees

Taxes

Product prices generally include applicable taxes and fees according to most regions. If additional taxes or duties apply, the exact amount will be shown at checkout or communicated to you by email before shipment.

If you choose not to proceed due to tax obligations communicated before shipping, you may request order cancellation and receive a full refund.

Possible Bank International Transaction Fees

EKRCOVER is a U.S.-based brand serving customers primarily in the United States under our U.S. entity.

To support global manufacturing and secure payment processing, some payments may be processed through international payment networks. As a result, certain banks or card issuers may classify a transaction as an international transaction and apply an international transaction fee.

This fee is charged directly by your bank or card issuer, not by EKRCOVER. We do not receive, control, or have visibility into these fees at the time of payment.

If your bank charges an international transaction fee related to your EKRCOVER purchase, please contact our customer support team with proof of the charge. We are happy to review and reimburse the fee as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

6) Refunds & Returns

  • Refund and return eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 0–3 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If payment was made via Amazon Pay, refunds will be processed back through Amazon Pay.
