Shipping Policy

EKRCOVER provides custom-made automotive interior products. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, and delivered, and what delivery expectations customers should have before placing an order.

1) Shipping Fees

Free Shipping on All Orders

All orders that can be successfully placed on our website qualify for free shipping. Orders that meet the minimum order value qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs are already covered based on our minimum order threshold, so there are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

2) Custom-Made Products & Order Acceptance

EKRCOVER specializes in custom-made and vehicle-specific products. Most orders are produced after purchase to match the selected vehicle, configuration, material, and style.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that your product may be made specifically for you.
  • Custom production is a normal and expected part of our service.
  • Delivery timelines include both production time and shipping time.

3) Order Processing, Production & Shipping Flow

Delivery time includes order processing, production (if applicable), and transit time.

  1. Order Confirmation
    Your order is confirmed after successful payment.
  2. Order Review & Matching
    We review your vehicle details, configuration, and selected options to ensure the correct pattern and materials are used.
  3. Production / Preparation
    If the product is not already prepared locally, it will be produced according to your order specifications.
  4. Shipment Dispatch
    Once production or preparation is completed, your order is dispatched and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent.
  5. Estimated Delivery Time
    Estimated delivery time for U.S. & Canada orders is 1–15 business days. In other regions, the delivery time may be 7-15 days.

4) Manufacturing & Cross-Border Fulfillment

EKRCOVER specializes in custom-made products. For certain orders, production is completed at our manufacturing facility before shipment.

When an order is produced outside the destination country, it may be shipped internationally and pass through standard customs clearance procedures. This is a normal part of cross-border fulfillment and all aspects comply with the required timeframe for customized product generation and delivery.

We handle export documentation and coordinate with logistics partners to support compliant delivery. Customers are not required to manage customs procedures themselves.

5) Local Preparation & Fulfillment

In order to support reliable delivery within the United States, orders are fulfilled through ourU.S.-based operations and coordinated fulfillment network.

In some cases, certain styles or configurations may already be prepared and available through local fulfillment locations, which may include company-operated warehouses or trusted third-party logistics partners.

  • Local preparation may allow faster order dispatch once an order enters fulfillment.
  • Availability varies by vehicle model, configuration, and region.
  • Many EKR products are custom-made, and production may be required before shipment.
  • Local availability does not change the custom nature of our products, nor does it guarantee same-day or next-day delivery.

6) Delivery Time Expectations

Delivery time varies based on product type, customization requirements, and destination.

  • Some orders may ship sooner if preparation is already completed.
  • Custom-made orders require additional time for production before shipping.
  • Shipping time begins once the order has been dispatched.

We recommend reviewing your order details carefully and contacting customer service before purchase if you have time-sensitive requirements.

7) Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
  • You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
  • Common carriers include UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL, depending on destination.

8) Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders as efficiently as possible, delays may occur due to production scheduling, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier-related factors.

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds or compensation. We appreciate your understanding when purchasing custom-made products.

9) EKR Loyalty Program

EKR Rewards members may be eligible for expedited order processing as part of their membership benefits. These benefits do not replace or modify the standard Shipping Policy and delivery timelines shown above.
