What Is the EKR Loyalty Program?

The EKR Loyalty Program is a free membership program designed to reward you for shopping with Ekr and engaging with our brand.

As a member, you can:

• 2% off all products
• Free standard shipping on every order. You must order a grand total of 80 to place an order in the store.
• Earn Reward Points on eligible purchases and activities
• Redeem points for savings on future orders
• Enjoy member-only perks, such as expedited processing for new member orders and special promotions
• Receive personalized offers, updates, and inspiration for your interior upgrades
• All services and collaborations will be given higher priority. For example, shared work display qualification and order on our website.

The program is built for drivers who want to protect their seats, refresh their interiors, and get more value every time they choose Ekr.

Current Membership Tier

EKR Rewards Member

All customers who create an Ekr account automatically join the EKR Rewards Member tier. This tier gives you access to:

• Reward Points on qualifying purchases
• Bonus points for key activities (registration, newsletter subscription, birthday, and more)
• Member-only benefits such as expedited processing for your first qualifying order as a new member
• Early access to selected campaigns and special offers

Additional tiers may be introduced in the future as our loyalty community grows.

How to Earn EKR Reward Points

1. Shopping at Ekr

For every USD 100.00 you spend on products (excluding tax, shipping, and fees), you earn 10 points.

This equals 1% back in points on your product subtotal.

2. Welcome and Engagement Bonuses

You can also collect extra points through member activities:

• Account registration: +50 bonus points (one-time welcome reward)
• Subscribe to our newsletter: +20 points
• Birthday reward: +50 bonus points around your birthday
• Sharing your order on Facebook: +50 points when you share a completed order using the eligible share option
• Returning member after 6 months: +100 points when you come back and place a new order after six months of inactivity
• Product reviews: additional points when you leave an honest review for products you have purchased

From time to time, Ekr will run limited-time loyalty campaigns where you can earn extra points on selected products or actions. Details will be announced on this page and in our newsletter.

How to Redeem Your Reward Points

Redeeming your points is simple:

1. Log in to your Ekr account.
2. Add your favorite products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
3. On the payment or order summary step, select “Use reward points”.
4. Choose how many points you want to apply. The discount will be applied instantly.

Redemption rules:

• 10 points = 1 USD in rewards.
• Points can be used to cover up to 30% of the product subtotal on each order.
• Points cannot be used to pay for tax, shipping, or additional service fees.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Redemption Examples

Example 1 – Earning points

You place an order with a product subtotal of USD 300.00. You earn 30 points (1% back in points). Your account balance becomes 30 points.

Example 2 – Redeeming points

You have 100 points in your account. At checkout, you apply all 100 points. You receive USD 10.00 off your order, as long as this does not exceed 30% of the product subtotal.

Member-Only Benefits Beyond Points

The EKR Loyalty Program is more than just points. As an EKR Rewards Member, you also enjoy:

• Expedited processing for new member orders – new members may receive priority order processing on their first qualifying purchase, so you can get your custom-fit seat covers even faster.
• Exclusive promotions and early access – members receive special offers, early access to selected campaigns, and extra-point events that are not available to non-members.
• Personalized recommendations – based on your vehicle and purchase history, we may send you curated recommendations for seat covers, floor mats, and other interior accessories that fit your ride.

How to Join & Manage Your Membership

How to Join

Joining is easy and free for every customer:

1. Create an account on our website: https://www.ekrcover.com/customer/account/create
2. Log in whenever you shop so your orders and points are recorded correctly.
3. Your membership in the EKR Rewards Member tier is activated automatically.

How to Check Your Points

After logging in, go to My Account → Reward Points to view your current balance and history. You can also see available offers and promotions in your account area or via email updates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay to join the EKR Loyalty Program?

No. Membership is completely free. You simply need to create an Ekr account.

Do my Reward Points expire?

Reward Points may be subject to expiration in accordance with the settings shown in your account area or specific promotional terms. If we make any important changes to expiration rules, we will update this page in advance.

Can I earn points on shipping, tax, or installation services?

No. Points are calculated only on the product subtotal before tax, shipping, and service fees.

Can I combine Reward Points with promo codes or other discounts?

In most cases, yes. Unless a promotion specifically excludes the use of Reward Points, you can combine them, as long as points do not cover more than 30% of the product subtotal.

What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?

If you return an order for a refund, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your account. If you used points on that order, the refunded portion of those points will be added back to your balance according to the refunded amount.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. Points are personal to your Ekr account and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another customer’s account.

Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

The EKR Loyalty Program is offered by EkrCover (EKRCOVER Inc.) and is available to customers who create an account on our website.

• Ekr may update, modify, or discontinue the program, the point earning and redemption rates, or specific benefits at any time. Any material changes will be posted on this page.
• Reward Points have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
• Points may be adjusted or removed in cases of refunds, cancellations, suspected fraud, abuse of the program, or technical errors.
• Participation in the program is subject to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to all purchases and website use.
