How Does the EKR Loyalty Program Work?
Create a free EKR account to join the rewards program. Members can earn points from qualifying purchases, registration, newsletter subscription, birthday rewards, eligible Facebook product sharing, and selected loyalty activities.
Current purchase rules include +30 points for a qualifying completed purchase and +50 points for every eligible $100 spent. Points can later be redeemed according to the current checkout rules.

There Are Two Purchase-Related Point Rules
A qualifying purchase can involve both an order-completion reward and the separate spend-based reward.
Example: A $300 Eligible Purchase
If a qualifying order contains $300 in eligible product spending, the point rules may be calculated as:
Final point posting remains subject to the eligibility and transaction status recorded by the EKR Rewards system.
Product Review Rewards Are Currently Inactive
The rewards system contains an 80-point product-review rule, but this rule is currently disabled.
Writing a product review therefore does not currently generate the 80-point review bonus.
If this reward becomes active again, this page can be updated to reflect the current program status.
Facebook Product Sharing: +50 Points
Use the Eligible Facebook Sharing Action
The current social reward applies specifically to eligible EKR product sharing on Facebook.
General posts, manual social posts, or sharing on other platforms should not automatically be assumed to qualify.
Points are awarded when the qualifying action is successfully recorded by the EKR Rewards system.
Use Your Points Toward Eligible Orders
Available points can be applied at checkout according to the current EKR redemption settings.

When available, select the reward-point option during checkout.

Confirm the points applied and the resulting discount before placing the order.
How to Join and Check Your Points
Creating an EKR account automatically gives eligible customers access to the rewards program.
After signing in, go to My Account → Reward Points to review your current point balance and available reward information.
Shopping while signed in also helps ensure eligible purchase activity is connected to the correct account.
Points May Be Adjusted After Refunds or Cancellations
Points earned from refunded or canceled transactions may be deducted or adjusted to reflect the final eligible purchase.
Points used on a refunded order may also be adjusted according to the refunded amount and current rewards settings.

How much are EKR Reward Points worth?
Under the current redemption settings, 10 points equal $1 in reward value.
How much of my order can I pay with points?
Current settings allow points to cover up to 30% of the eligible product subtotal.
Can points pay for shipping or tax?
No. Reward points apply to eligible product value and do not cover tax, shipping, or additional service fees.
Can I transfer points to another account?
No. Reward points are tied to the applicable customer account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

- Early access to selected campaigns and special offers
Additional tiers may be introduced in the future as our loyalty community grows.
How to Earn EKR Reward Points
1. Shopping at Ekr
For every USD 100.00 you spend on products (excluding tax, shipping, and fees), you earn 10 points.
This equals 1% back in points on your product subtotal.
2. Welcome and Engagement Bonuses
You can also collect extra points through member activities:
- Account registration: +50 bonus points (one-time welcome reward)
- Subscribe to our newsletter: +20 points
- Birthday reward: +50 bonus points around your birthday
- Sharing your order on Facebook: +50 points when you share a completed order using the eligible share option
- Returning member after 6 months: +100 points when you come back and place a new order after six months of inactivity
- Product reviews: additional points when you leave an honest review for products you have purchased
From time to time, Ekr will run limited-time loyalty campaigns where you can earn extra points on selected products or actions. Details will be announced on this page and in our newsletter.
How to Redeem Your Reward Points
Redeeming your points is simple:
- Log in to your Ekr account.
- Add your favorite products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- On the payment or order summary step, select “Use reward points”.
- Choose how many points you want to apply. The discount will be applied instantly.
Redemption rules:
- 10 points = 1 USD in rewards.
- Points can be used to cover up to 30% of the product subtotal on each order.
- Points cannot be used to pay for tax, shipping, or additional service fees.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Redemption Examples
Example 1 – Earning points
You place an order with a product subtotal of USD 300.00. You earn 30 points (1% back in points). Your account balance becomes 30 points.
Example 2 – Redeeming points
You have 100 points in your account. At checkout, you apply all 100 points. You receive USD 10.00 off your order, as long as this does not exceed 30% of the product subtotal.

- Expedited processing for new member orders – new members may receive priority order processing on their first qualifying purchase, so you can get your custom-fit seat covers even faster.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to pay to join the EKR Loyalty Program?
No. Membership is completely free. You simply need to create an Ekr account.
Do my Reward Points expire?
Reward Points may be subject to expiration in accordance with the settings shown in your account area or specific promotional terms. If we make any important changes to expiration rules, we will update this page in advance.
Can I earn points on shipping, tax, or installation services?
No. Points are calculated only on the product subtotal before tax, shipping, and service fees.
Can I combine Reward Points with promo codes or other discounts?
In most cases, yes. Unless a promotion specifically excludes the use of Reward Points, you can combine them, as long as points do not cover more than 30% of the product subtotal.
What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?
If you return an order for a refund, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your account. If you used points on that order, the refunded portion of those points will be added back to your balance according to the refunded amount.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Points are personal to your Ekr account and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another customer’s account.

As a new EKR Rewards member, your eligible U.S. orders may receive expedited order processing. This means we prioritize your order in our queue so it can be prepared for shipment faster.
- Eligibility: Applies to orders shipping to the United States (where available).
- What it includes: Priority order review and fulfillment scheduling (including custom production scheduling when required).
- What it is NOT: This is not a paid “express shipping” service and does not change carrier transit time.
- Free shipping: Orders that can be successfully placed on our website qualify for free shipping (store minimum order threshold applies).
