How Does the EKR Rewards Program Work?
EKR Rewards is a free loyalty program that lets registered customers earn points through qualifying purchases and selected account activities. Current active earning opportunities include account registration, newsletter subscription, birthday rewards, qualifying purchases, spend-based rewards, eligible returning-customer rewards, and Facebook product sharing.
Reward points can be viewed in your EKR account and applied during checkout according to the current redemption rules.

EKR Rewards gives registered customers a way to earn points from eligible purchases and selected interactions with the EKR brand.

Create an EKR account to begin participating in the rewards program. There is no separate membership fee required to start earning points.
Earn Through Multiple Activities
Points are not limited to purchases. Registration, newsletter subscription, birthday rewards, eligible Facebook sharing, and selected loyalty activities can also generate points.
Track Points in Your Account
Members can review their available reward-point balance through the EKR customer account area.
Use Points Toward Future Orders
Available points can be applied during eligible checkout transactions according to the current EKR redemption rules.

A qualifying completed purchase earns an order-completion reward through the rewards system.
Every $100 Spent
Earn 50 reward points for every eligible $100 recorded under the spend-based rewards rule.
Returning Customer Reward
Eligible customers who have been inactive for an extended period may receive a returning-customer loyalty reward when the system conditions are met.
Share an Eligible Product on Facebook
Use the eligible Facebook product-sharing action to receive the current Facebook sharing bonus.

EKR Uses Two Purchase-Related Point Rules
The current EKR Rewards setup includes two separate purchase-related earning rules.
1. Completed Purchase Reward: +30 Points
A qualifying completed purchase receives a 30-point order-completion reward.
2. Spend-Based Reward: +50 Points per $100
Eligible product spending is also rewarded through the spend-based rule: every qualifying $100 spent earns 50 additional reward points.
Points are posted according to the EKR Rewards system and the eligibility conditions that apply to the transaction.
Product Review Points Are Currently Inactive
The EKR Rewards system includes a product-review reward rule valued at 80 points, but this reward is currently inactive.
Writing a product review does not currently generate the 80-point review bonus.
If this feature is activated again in the future, the current reward information will be updated accordingly.
How the Facebook Sharing Reward Works
Eligible Facebook Product Share: +50 Points
The current active social-sharing rule applies specifically to eligible product sharing on Facebook.
General posts, tags, or shares on other social platforms should not be assumed to qualify for this reward.
To receive points, use the eligible Facebook sharing action provided through the EKR website when available.
How to Use EKR Reward Points
Available reward points can be applied during eligible checkout transactions.

Reward points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Continue to checkout after selecting the products you want to purchase.

When available, choose the option to apply reward points during checkout.

Confirm the points applied and the resulting discount before submitting your final order.
How Do I Check My EKR Reward Points?
Sign in to your EKR account and open the Reward Points area in My Account.
Your account is the best place to review your current point balance and available reward information.

What Happens to Points After a Return or Cancellation?
Reward points connected to refunded or canceled transactions may be adjusted to reflect the final eligible purchase amount.
Points previously redeemed on a refunded order may also be adjusted according to the refunded portion and the applicable rewards rules.

How much are EKR points worth?
Under the current redemption rules, 10 reward points equal $1 in rewards.
How much of an order can I pay for with points?
Under the current redemption rules, reward points can cover up to 30% of the eligible product subtotal. They do not cover tax, shipping, or additional service fees.
Can I transfer my points to another person?
No. EKR reward points are tied to the member account and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
