EKR develops custom-fit seat-cover patterns around supported vehicle and seat configurations. Depending on the vehicle and development stage, the process may use physical measurements, vehicle reference information, seat photos, digital geometry, or other model-specific data.

Depending on the product and vehicle configuration, available materials can include Genuine Leather, Full-Grain Nappa Leatherette, Solvent-Free Leatherette, Polyester Fabric, Neoprene, and Canvas.
