Does a listing guarantee my vehicle is eligible?

Our team needs to confirm the exact vehicle and seat configuration against current scanning needs. Please contact us before arranging your visit.

How do I receive the 20% offer?

The offer is for eligible vehicles participating in our in-store scanning program. Confirm eligibility and the purchase details with our team before your appointment.

Can I visit without an appointment?

Please contact us first and wait for appointment confirmation so we can check vehicle eligibility and team availability.

How long will scanning take?

Ask our team when scheduling. We have not listed a fixed duration because the work required depends on your vehicle and seat configuration.

Will my covers be ready on the same day?

Do not assume same-day completion. Confirm the production schedule and any installation arrangements with our team.

Can I participate if my vehicle is not listed?

You can send your details for review. We will confirm whether your vehicle meets our current needs; an unlisted vehicle is not automatically eligible.

Can I order online without joining the scanning program?

Yes. You can explore existing options through our Customize System: first FIND YOUR VEHICLE, then choose available Style, Color, Material and Embroidery options. The in-store participant offer is a separate program.
