This website is operated by EKR COVER Inc. (“EKR,” “we,” “us” or “our”). We make the website, its information, tools and services available on the condition that users accept these Terms of Service and the policies linked here.

When you visit the site or buy from us, you use our “Service” and agree to these terms. They apply to visitors, vendors, customers, merchants and people who contribute content. Online store terms

We try to show product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee how colors appear on your monitor. We may limit sales by person, region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis; limit quantities; change product descriptions or prices without notice; or discontinue a product. Offers are void where prohibited.

Billing and account accuracy

We may refuse an order, or limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order. This can include orders linked by customer account, payment card, billing address or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may try to notify you using the email, billing address or phone number provided at checkout. We may also restrict orders we believe were placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

We may provide access to tools operated by third parties that we do not monitor or control. Such access is offered “as is” and “as available,” without our endorsement or warranties. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Site content can occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions about product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We may correct these, update information or cancel affected orders at any time, including after submission, without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Except where law requires otherwise, we have no general obligation to update, amend or clarify site information. An update or refresh date does not mean that all content has been updated.

This includes lost profits, revenue, savings or data, replacement costs, and losses relating to content errors or omissions, whether the claim arises in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if advised such losses were possible.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limits on incidental or consequential damages. Where that applies, our liability is limited only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Claims related to your breach

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EKR and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers and employees against third-party claims or demands, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your breach of these terms or incorporated documents, or your violation of law or another person's rights.

If a provision cannot be enforced

If a provision is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it remains enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law. The unenforceable part is severed, and the remaining terms continue in effect.

When these terms end

These terms remain in effect until you or we terminate them. You can end your use by notifying us or stopping use of the site. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive.

If we believe you have failed to comply with the terms, we may terminate them without notice and deny access to some or all of the Service. You remain liable for amounts due through the termination date.

Entire agreement and interpretation

Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver. These terms and the policies and operating rules we post for the Service form the agreement governing your use and supersede earlier or contemporaneous communications and proposals about it. Ambiguities in interpretation will not automatically be construed against the drafting party.
